I kept thinking about the title of Walt Whitman’s poem - I sing the Body Electric…
I hear the song of an electric car approaching me across the tar, A tune you only hear when they’re near, Giving warning so you don’t jump in fear when you turn to find them in your face -here! However, some people don’t seem to hear Their song; it doesn’t reach their ear… I imagine if there were a huge throng of EV’s passing, all singing their song in beautiful harmony, filling you with glee - It might even sound like a Bach Chorale, Gloriously raising your roadside morale.
